Cancellation Policy

Unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure fairness and maintain our scheduling integrity, the following cancellation policy is in place: Full refund for cancellations 7+ days prior. 50% fee for cancellations 6 days to 1 hour before. Full payment for cancellations within 1 hour. Written notice to: mcmillanmusic@gmail.com is required. Refunds/rescheduling offered for cancellations due to severe weather, serious health issues, or unforeseen emergencies (e.g., death in the immediate family). Rebooking the cancelled date may result in a 50% fee refund.
