🌕 We’ll gather for a guided shadow work ceremony designed to help you notice what’s ready to be released and intentionally let it go before the next cycle begins.
THE CEREMONY:
• Opening Eclipse Invocation -Donna Taylor, a lifelong spiritual practitioner, opens the space & introduces eclipse themes of shadow work, reflection, + intentional release
• Guided release ritual using paper, pen, + a bowl of water (water represents cleansing, flow, & letting go)
• A brief live musical offering to support emotional integration & grounding by Jenn
• Quiet reflection + optional sharing (no pressure to speak)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
